Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (7) to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
This position is based in Jenner, AB. A reliable vehicle is required. Mileage will be compensated when travelling outside the city you reside in.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events
• Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives
• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs
• Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency
• Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office
• Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices

Qualifications:

Shift

• Casual Employment
• Looking for nurses who are available 7 days per week
• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (proof required)
• Current LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR Certification
• Negative TB Test from within the past 6 months
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector from within the past 6 months
• Reliable mode of transportation; driver’s license and automobile

• Quadriplegic
