Working collaboratively with individuals, businesses, government and other service providers, St. Patrick Center will end chronic homelessness in the St. Louis region through Housing First, an evidence-based practice that tells us to remove barriers, do intake and assessment early, move people into housing and offer them support to achieve their goals.
Position Summary
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse. This RN will provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. In this role you will promote the physical and mental health of clients on the ACT Team Two and work with other members of the treatment team to assist clients to obtain and maintain an optimum quality of life. This position will provide clinical oversight to staff by monitoring, educating, coaching, and instructing clients as needed and will assist by providing treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness and chemical dependency problems. This is a part-time position working a minimum of 20 hours per week and position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
