- Supervise and lead a team of practitioners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children’s development and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress and well-being.
- Drive the continuous improvement of nursery programs and services to meet the needs of children and families.
