POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re currently looking for passionate and dedicated Registered or Enrolled Nurses to join our Patient Onboarding team! This role involves behind-the-scenes admin support for our patients in their journey with medicinal cannabis, and is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication and admin/tech skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Please note: This is a full-time position located in Richmond. At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates on Working Holiday Visas.

• Conduct My Health Record checks to support prescribers in clinical decision-making

• Facilitate the discharge of patients who are no longer suitable for treatment, with clarity and empathy
• Perform admin tasks to maintain accurate patient records
• Assist patients with accessing prescriptions and placing their first orders
• Contribute ideas to improve our support processes
• Efficiency in screening and reviewing large amounts of data
• (Future) potential to support patient onboarding as the role evolves
