As a licensed practical nurse on our Long-Term Care team, your primary responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assessing wounds, managing chronic conditions, and identifying early changes in residents’ status. You will participate in care planning, document care delivery in the electronic medical record, and communicate clearly with RNs, physicians, and families. You’ll support residents’ hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort, while promoting safety protocols and fall prevention. We offer competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,748-$1,876, and a 36-hour guaranteed week, with the possibility of additional hours as determined by assignments and facility needs.
