POSITION SUMMARY: The College of Nursing Recruiter implements and evaluates the recruitment program of the College of Nursing. Represents the college at a variety of recruitment events. Provides leadership in coordinating recruitment strategies with elementary, high schools, postsecondary institutions and medical facilities in the assigned territory. Maintains contacts with secondary and postsecondary counselors, teachers, administrators, prospective students, and parents/families. Implements evaluation procedures for recruitment activities. Assists prospective and College of Nursing students with understanding their career options. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Other Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
