Description At EGA Spectro Alloys, our drivers play a key role in keeping operations moving safely and on time. This position supports daily production by transporting company freight between facilities and third-party warehouses while maintaining high safety standards and professionalism on the road. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented CDL driver who values safety, consistency, and doing the job right. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends, rare overnights) What You Will Do Operate a Class 8 tractor pulling a 53-foot dry van trailer Transfer loads between the Spectro facility and third-party warehouses Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance Secure and inspect loads using chains and binders Visit weigh stations and adjust loads as required by regulation Accurately record delivery times, hours worked, and required documentation Assist with unloading when needed Communicate with supervisors and team members using GPS, CB radio, and onboard systems Follow traffic laws and company safety standards at all times Perks and Benefits At EGA Spectro Alloys, we believe hard work should be supported with strong benefits and stability.
