Key Responsibilities: * Clinical Integration: Apply institutional knowledge of policies, practices, and legacy systems to successfully integrate and sustain the EHR system, ensuring it aligns with clinical workflows and enhances patient care. * Technology Advocacy: Support the development and implementation of technology advancements that improve clinical practice and patient outcomes. * Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Change Management: Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and practices within the healthcare setting. * Data Utilization: Leverage data science techniques to inform decision-making, optimize clinical processes, and improve patient outcomes. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for clinical best practices and establish healthcare delivery standards. * Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining clinical practices and processes to achieve high standards of patient care.
