ROLE: ORACLE FUSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST – FINANCE (RECORD-TO-REPORT)
This opportunity resides in our Oracle Fusion Managed Services team and reports to the Director, Managed Services.
The Oracle Fusion Support Specialist provides technical and functional assistance for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and supporting end-users within Record-to-Report modules. Key responsibilities involve assisting with configuration, testing, and updates, collaborating with users and other IT teams, and maintaining system performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction to ensure smooth operations and ongoing user support for Oracle’s cloud-based applications.
Our customer is a defense technology company therefore requiring candidates for this role to be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Location: PCG employees can reside anywhere in the US and work remote when not traveling to the customer site. Travel will be required periodically but will be minimal – up to 15%.
Work Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM PST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical and Functional Support:
Provide timely support and guidance to end-users for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, helping them to utilize the system effectively.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve common technical issues and functional problems related to specific modules such as Finance, Purchasing, and Budget.
System Enhancement:
Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion enhancements and updates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and with other IT teams and Oracle support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain basic documentation for support procedures and common problems.
User Guidance:
Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on the functionalities of Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.
