JOB SUMMARY
A career in our Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalise on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. As part of our supply chain and operations team, you will utilize Oracle applications to help our clients address a variety of strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement to maximise opportunities and create value throughout the enterprise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Working Experience with Oracle SCM modules:
- Inventory Management
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Order Management (Advanced Order Fulfillment & Order Orchestration and GOP)
- Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning
- Planning (Supply planning, Demand planning, Value chain planning)
- Able to perform functional configuration and/or technical development
- Has at least 1 full life cycle implementation using Oracle Cloud
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules including;
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing network of client relationships and community involvement;
- Communicating value proposition;
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
- Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
- Delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
- Demonstrating proven abilities and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; and,
- Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having background in finance, costing, procurement is an advantage
- Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
- Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
