Job Description The DBA is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of database systems to ensure high availability and security. This role involves managing data integrity, optimizing queries, and supporting development teams with database-related tasks. Database Management Install, configure, and upgrade database servers (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Create and manage database objects (tables, indexes, views, stored procedures). Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies. Backup & Recovery Develop and maintain backup strategies. Perform disaster recovery planning and execution.
