Description Position Overview: The Production Professional is involved with mixing, hand shaping, baking and machine processing of dough to produce finished products that meet consistent high-quality standards. The Production Professional is expected to follow timelines and quality standards set by the company. This is a position that requires working on the floor alongside fellow team members in order to fulfill the needs of the bakery. As such, this role requires an outstanding work ethic, a gritty “can do” attitude, operational excellence, and diligent work behavior.
