Monitor vital signs: Check clients' vital signs and inform the Medical Director of any changes. Assist with procedures: Help with medical procedures as instructed by the Medical Director. Maintain records: Keep accurate and current medical records for each client. Educate clients: Teach them about health-related topics. Collaborate with the team: Work with other healthcare team members to provide complete care. Offer support: Provide emotional support and counseling during clients' recovery. Connect with resources: Link clients to community resources and support services. Develop care plans: Collaborate with social workers to create and implement care plans. Intervene in crises: Assist in crisis intervention and resolve conflicts when needed. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification: Medical EMT certification (preferred).
