Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Patient Coordinator with sales experience to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for patients after their enquiry, guiding them through every step of their journey — from first call to consultation and finally to surgery day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and follow up on patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Proactively call patients to discuss their needs and encourage them to attend consultations
  • Build strong relationships and trust with patients, ensuring they feel supported and confident
  • Provide accurate information on procedures, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintain records and manage the patient journey in line with clinic processes
  • Work towards team and individual sales targets
