ABOUT US:

Triangle Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary physiotherapy and rehabilitation facility with 8 locations across the GTA. Our wide range of services includes Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Pessary Fitting, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Shockwave Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Gait Analysis & Running Assessments, Custom Orthotics, and Custom-Fit Braces. REQUIREMENTS:-

• Previous experience in a busy medical or customer service setting (Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, or Dental clinic experience preferred).
• Medical Office Assistant diploma or relevant training/experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage and schedule a high volume of patients per day while retaining the ability to make sure patients follow their treatment plan visit frequencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (especially phone manners).
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and clinic management systems.
• Positive attitude and openness to process improvements and quality initiatives.
  Full-Time | $18.00–$19.00/hour.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
• Weekends as needed.

• Welcome and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Efficiently manage and schedule appointments (in-person and by phone).
• Communicate effectively with patients, insurance providers, and physician offices via phone, email, and fax.
• Process billing for third-party payers, including WSIB and Auto Insurance.
• Track and document all approvals and denials of submitted treatment plans.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, to maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
• Manage accounts receivable and support collection processes.
• Monitor and update patient benefit coverage information.
• Follow all disinfection and sanitization protocols in compliance with COVID-19 safety standards.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered experience every day.
