As a Personal Care Worker at our St. Agnes Residential Facility, you will:

• Work full-time across AM (7:00 am – 3:06 pm) or PM (3:00 pm – 11:06 pm) shifts
• Enjoy true work-life balance – Monday to Friday roster with no weekend work
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide emotional and social support aligned with each resident’s individual care plan
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity, privacy, and choice
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team and participate in team meetings
• Ensure compliance with Work Health Safety and organisational policies and procedures
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all residents
