Key Responsibilities: Use precision when positioning to achieve throughput levels, reduce errors, eliminate waste and boost productivity Maintain accurate records of production data and lot traceability Disassemble defective parts or components Use calculator and other departmental approved devices as required Weigh materials, products, containers, or samples to verify pack weights or ingredient quantities. Read and follow all written work instructions Grade, classify, or sort products according to sizes, weights, colors, or other specifications. Use dials and pressure gauges and compare configuration charts Inspect work product to identify non-conformances and reject products, materials not meeting specifications. Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, pressure gauges, or micrometers.
