Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain) Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start) The salary range for this role is $113,000 to $173,500 annually based on full-time employment.
