Our HVAC Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.** Summary of responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation) Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days) Maintain grounds and curb appeal Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Be responsive to on-call emergencies This position includes a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks beyond the core responsibilities, as needed to support the property.
