MicroPyros BioEnerTec Gmbh (www.micropyros.de) is a startup company that develops biotechnogical processes for the production of green gases. Its core competence is the cultivation and selection of high-performance microorganisms for biological methanation.
MicroPyros is working on the development of efficient process technologies for laboratory to industrial scale. In cooperation with the parent Company Pietro Fiorentini (www.fiorentini.com) complete systems are designed, built and optimized for installation in Germany and internationally.
With the aim of further supporting the development of our technologies, we are looking for our location in Straubing (Germany) a Plant Technician.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Junior level position;
Full time (40 hours for week);
Monitoring of biological methanation production processes;
Operation, repair and maintenance of an experimental biological methanation plant;
Maintenance of service documentation;
Tracking service intervals from technology providers;
Scheduling and coordinating work from service providers;
Preparing plant for experiments with chemicals and biological inoculum;
