We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Booking Administrator to join our busy booking team. You’ll be part of a supportive group that helps keep the property valuation process running smoothly for our customers and surveyors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) at grade C/5 or higher in Maths and English
• Ideally at least 6 months’ work experience in a custom facing role.
• Solid working experience of MS Office with the ability to pick-up other office systems such as booking systems, CRMs, databases etc

When someone applies for a mortgage, their home often needs a valuation. That’s where we come in — we receive an instruction from the lender to arrange the appointment between the customer and our surveyor.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Call and email customers to arrange property valuation appointments
• Book appointments into our system quickly and accurately
• Plan surveyors’ diaries to make the most of their time and travel
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
• Work closely with colleagues and surveyors to keep everything on track
