Promote Amgen’s products within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales target Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with Associate Sales Manager & Sales Manager to develop and execute territory POA and key account plans. Achieve POA Deliver responsible product(s)’ key messages to target customers Execute Sales and Marketing activities / program and delivered the agreed results Evaluates progress timely with Associate Sales Manager and adjust the action plan if needed Identify, gather and analyse competitive information Follow through on customer commitments in a timely fashion to establish the customer relationship Reports promotion activities in the CRM system and ensures account profiles are kept up-to-date Demonstrates Amgen requires sales capabilities (e.g. Performance 4 selling skills & Advanced Strategic Account Management etc).
