Description du poste Nous recherchons dans le cadre de notre développement, un Pilote outillage projet F/H expert outillage plastique. Vos missions : 1. Ingénierie de Conception et Faisabilité : Analyse DfM (Design for Manufacturing) : Evaluer la fabricabilité des pièces plastiques (dépouilles, lignes de soudure, gestion des épaisseurs). Revues de Conception : Valider les études mécaniques des moules (cinématiques complexes, systémes d'injection, circuits de régulation thermique). Validation Rhéologique : Analyser les simulations d'injection pour optimiser l'équilibrage des empreintes et anticiper les déformations. Expertise Métrologique : Maîtriser la lecture de plans et la cotation fonctionnelle (ISO) pour assurer la conformité géométrique des pièces. 2. Pilotage de la Réalisation et Industrialisation : Suivi de Fabrication : Assurer le monitoring technique chez les moulistes (Europe/Chine) et valider les jalons de construction. Métallurgie et Traitements : Valider les choix d'aciers, les duretés (HRC) et les traitements de surface (grainage, polissage optique) selon le cahier des charges. Mise au Point (MAP) : Piloter les essais moules (T0, T1...), analyser l'influence des paramètres d'injection sur les prélévements et optimiser les cycles de production. 3. Management de Projet et Négociation : Gestion Contractuelle : Négocier les coûts d'outillages, les délais de réalisation et les chiffrages de modifications techniques (ECR). Reporting : Animer les réunions d'avancement et assurer le reporting financier et technique auprès de la direction de projet.
