Nous recrutons un Ingénieur Technico-commercial pour la région Hauts-de -France. Description du poste Sous le management du Directeur Commercial Régions, l’Ingénieur Technico-commercial initie, développe et sécurise des flux d’affaires en analyses auprès d’industriels de l'agroalimentaire (Microbiologie, analyses nutritionnelles et contaminants, biologie moléculaire...) en adéquation avec la stratégie définie de l’entreprise. Missions principales : Après une formation/immersion au sein des équipes techniques et commerciales, ses principales missions sont : Conclure des contrats de vente en veillant à la satisfaction des deux parties Rendre compte régulièrement de l'activité commerciale et des résultats obtenus Établir et entretenir des relations commerciales durables avec les clients Assurer le suivi de ses rendez-vous client 1. Gestion des clients existants : Assurer le suivi des demandes entrantes : comprendre le besoin du client, proposer une offre adaptée et argumentée au client, mettre à jour le devis en conséquence. Relancer les clients pour validation de l’offre Assurer la promotion de l’offre et de ses évolutions. C’est-à-dire faire valoir les forces d’Eurofins que sont l’expertise scientifique d’Eurofins et la largeur de sa gamme d’analyses nutritionnelles, contaminants, OGM, spéciation, microbiologie et authenticité Evolution et mise à jour de l’offre produits Carnés (nouveaux tarifs, nouveaux tests et prestations, ajout de prestations à valeur ajoutée, changement de réglementation...). 2. Prospection commerciale : Ciblage, qualification et conquête de nouveaux clients Construction des offres commerciales intégrant contraintes opérationnelles et tarifaires 3. Veille active : Contribuer à la veille concurrentielle Contribuer à la veille marché (réglementation, clients, filières, évolutions de méthodes...)
