DESCRIPTION:
As a Product Specialist, this role serves at the heart of HORSCH’s customer support and product performance efforts. Responsibilities include hands-on work with advanced agricultural equipment, direct support for customers, identification of product improvement opportunities, and clear communication of technical knowledge for service teams. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, experience collaborating with dealers and end users, and a passion for optimizing equipment performance in the field.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience working with agricultural equipment and products, including hands-on servicing
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Professional phone presence and customer service skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other organizational tools
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
· Associate degree in a related field preferred
· 2–5 years of practical experience in agricultural equipment service or support preferred
