We are looking for licensed mental health therapists to join our virtual team. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment and provide you with all of the tools that you need to succeed. This position is only available to clinicians in Massachusetts. Our focus is on clinical care and caring for our therapists. We offer streamlined procedures to eliminate unnecessary stress. We strive to put our therapists first to promote decreased burnout, sustainable caseloads, financial stability, and therapist autonomy. The ideal candidate has experience in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning and crisis planning as needed. The candidate should have experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnosis, feel competent in working within varying therapeutic modalities and is able to adapt to the needs of the client including offering appropriate referrals with the community when necessary and collaborating with their clients mental health and medical team. The candidate must be familiar with the DSM-5, maintain clinical paperwork and be CANS certified if required by insurance.
