  • Maintenance, repair and calibration of products
  • 2nd Level fault diagnostics and troubleshooting, remote and Onsite
  • Commissioning and installation of new products

  • Service and support case management
  • Continues improvement of workflows and processes within the area of responsibility

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Electrical / RF / Power / Telecom Engeering
  • Min 3 years of work experience with metrology / measurement equipment servicing
  • Able to travel to overseas for work assignment ( about 10% )
  • Well versed with International EMC standards including ISO17025, IEC, ANSI will be a plus
  • Good with troubleshooting ,calibration & troubleshooting of power / Semiconductor equipment can be consider for the role
  • Training given to candidate with no experience
