As a CNC Set-Up professional, you will be crucial to the operational success of this company. This role involves precise and meticulous work in a high-tolerance machining environment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem-solver who can handle a wide range of tasks, from interpreting complex blueprints to performing intricate machine setups on CNC lathes. Your ability to operate and program CAD/CAM systems, particularly Mastercam, will be essential. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-tolerance machining environment
• Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics setting
• Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing & logistics environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Study drawings to plan sequences of steps for maximum efficiency
• Perform complex setups on CNC lathes involving very close tolerances
• Operate a wide range of tools and precision measuring instruments
• Program and operate CAD/CAM systems (Mastercam)
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and adjust as needed
• Complete all required shop documentation accurately and on time
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and attendance guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize production
• Other duties as assigned or requested
