ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting on behalf of a valued nursery client seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Trainee Nursery Practitioners. This role is ideal for those passionate about working with children and looking to build a long-term career in early years education.
While no formal childcare qualification is required at the time of application, successful candidates must enrol in a recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator course as part of their professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support qualified staff in caring for children aged 0–5 in a warm, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Assist in daily routines such as meals, hygiene, play, and rest.
• Engage children through interactive, creative, and educational activities.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and early learning.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment, following nursery policies.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Work toward completing your Level 3 childcare qualification alongside practical duties.
