OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Homecare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Your expertise in Homecare and senior care will be crucial in developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a homecare or nursing background.
• Strong background in senior care, particularly with experience in Mental Health.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing homecare is highly desirable.

• Lead and manage the care team, providing supervision and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for client’s, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements within the care home.
• Oversea the quality assurance of the business
• Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Oversee staff training and development to enhance skills in dementia care and other relevant areas.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining quality of service.
