We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognised qualification in Dental Nursing is essential.
• Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients’ needs.

Experience:

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
• Provide direct patient care, including taking medical histories, preparing patients for treatment, and offering post-operative instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with regulations.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimise clinic efficiency.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns and provide reassurance throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and improve service delivery.
