Description About the Role As an Admissions Registered Nurse – Home Health at Corus Health, you are often the first clinical connection a patient has with our team — setting the tone for everything that follows. In this role, you’ll complete in-home assessments, guide patients and families through the start of care, and build the clinical foundation for safe, effective treatment at home.
