JOB SUMMARY

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A background in nursing or healthcare is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on patient care.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with patients and team members.
• Strong IT skills are necessary for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
• Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring and supporting patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories, using IT systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirming patient visits, and following up on treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding their treatment options and aftercare instructions.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies.
