We are seeking dynamic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Casual Pool. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments, offering a wide range of clinical experiences. As part of the Casual Pool, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital’s nursing teams, filling in for staff absences, and meeting fluctuating patient care needs.
Expectation of casual pool staff: It is our expectation that all members of our staff consistently exhibit behaviours that align with the CORE Values of our organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment. Exhibits these behaviours in the presence of all stakeholders, including colleagues, direct reports, patients, consumers, and their carers.
Casual pool staff are expected to work a minimum of 1 shift every 3 months however, we encourage you to work a minimum of 1 shift a month to maintain clinical skills.
