As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for our patients. The Role: What to Expect Location: Based in our Grand Forks, ND office. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM). Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Support: Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers. Medication Management: Update and maintain accurate patient medication records. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies. Administrative & Clinical Support: Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
