We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. This role offers a balanced approach, with a 50/50 split between being room-based and office-based.
Position: Deputy Manager
Salary: £34,000-£37,000
Hours: 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days

• Lead a dedicated team and assume responsibility in the absence of the manager.
• Offer training and ongoing support to staff, promoting professional development during team meetings.
• Ensure effective communication with the management team to uphold high-quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and local community partners.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including assessments and daily logs.
