Typical duties include: Managing residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care Creating and following long term care plans as well as clinical assessments Taking charge of the care centre on certain shifts and making appropriate clinical decisions Delivering planned nursing care and evaluate progress in partnership with the resident and their family to enhance their daily lives.
