JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specialising in Paediatrics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional one to one patient care to a young child with complex needs . This role involves working closely with a young patient, assessing their health needs, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Requirements: Must be an NMC-registered nurse
• Complex Care Responsibilities
• Oral/nasal suctioning
• PEG feeding
• Airway management
• Ideally have at least 1 year of nursing experience

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in paediatric to our young client.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the patients’ health status, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ progress and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
