Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, inventory control, and team management within the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Assist with catering orders and ensure timely delivery
- Support kitchen management in food preparation and quality control
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on customer service and team management
- Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to step into an Assistant Manager role when needed
