Position Summary: As a bartender, you'll mix drinks, take orders, and serve beverages, utilizing your knowledge of drink ingredients to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Flexibility is key as you'll work varying schedules, supervised by managers, over seven days per week. Performance Objectives: Adhere to all Roberts Resorts policies, rules, and regulations in the execution of the job Perform ongoing duties as prescribed by Managers Prepare and serve a variety of traditional and creative cocktails to guests Process payments from customers and accurately track bar inventory Enter food orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery Record and track guest receipts, balancing cash receipts and preparing cash deposits Maintain a clean and sanitary bar and dining area, adhering to Arizona Department of Health Services standards Provide personalized suggestions and recommendations based on customer tastes and preferences Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy in tracking orders and payments. Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to enhance the overall guest experience. Possess valid Food Handlers and Arizona Liquor Board Certificates prior to beginning duties. Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
