SAIC is currently looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support our Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) team located in Lakehurst, NJ. This is a remote position. Roles and Responsibilities: Provides Program Analyst or Management support to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) acquisition programs in the areas of budget, financial, project management and product sustainment. Participate in program Working Groups, Program Management Reviews, and advise on technical, programmatic, and financial data calls Consolidate cost/schedule/performance, requirements, objectives, and metrics associated with program objectives Participate in the System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Act as a PM representative through program design phases including SETRs, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Change Implementation Boards (CIBs). Support the NAVAIR change management process for development of ECP documentation Develop Procurement Initiation Document and Contract Documentation Sections B-J IAW Uniform Contract Format (UCF) Perform Agile project management emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement Prepare and draft correspondences.
