SAIC has an immediate opening for a Technical Targeter on an exciting program in Sterling.  We are looking for someone with a background in a variety of tools and technologies, and the ideal candidate will have experience in tactical, operational & strategic intelligence support. Other responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.   The selected candidate must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages.
