We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Software Development Engineer to oversee the development team, manage technical initiatives, and lead the integration of advanced technologies into DRRS USMC. Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary development team, driving performance, collaboration, and innovation. Oversee task management and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and objectives. Collaborate closely with program leadership to align application enhancements with program requirements. Hands on Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code for applications, frameworks, or systems, contributing as an active development team member.
