JOB DESCRIPTION: · Design, develop, and program interactive eLearning training products, including Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) for government and commercial clients. · Collaborate with team members, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and customers to create engaging training solutions, integrating interactive exercises, animations, graphics, and media. · Develop custom client-side code (JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS) for Learning Management System (LMS) deployment, adhering to SCORM and xAPI standards. · Stay current with eLearning tools, technologies, and industry trends, delivering high-quality products that meet deadlines and project requirements. · Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
