This position is for a Ground Agile Software System Engineer for a large contract supporting a cutting-edge and innovative space program. The Ground Agile Software System Engineer oversees developer software development progress and provides program management support to the customer’s execution of the Program with responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to the following: Role Responsibilities: · Represent the Program Office at developer Agile events; ensuring that the customer and stakeholder needs are prioritized · Engage with Agile Development teams to assess implementation and execution · Track and report Agile software development progress using metrics, trend analysis, and capacity estimating validation. Compare progress metrics with program schedule, financial and EVM reports. · Provide programmatic support, such as SOW/CDRL development, budget planning, assessment of vendor proposals, and reviewing CDRLs, technical reports, design artifacts and program plans · Assess developer test approaches and serve as Customer Witness to integration, verification, and validation tests.
