This close relationship, along with the program's longevity (20 years), ensures that as a new team member you will find a depth of support to grow and develop that is unmatched, all while making a difference - daily. Your role in the program will focus on general systems engineering and program management support to a growing portfolio of projects within the customer’s area of responsibility. You will need experience in managing a capability through the full lifecycle – often from concept to execution and eventual closeout. A broad skill set is essential as the capabilities you will support will range significantly in scope and scale. Specific exposure to customer operations and targeting are of particular interest. The ability to operate independently with only occasional guidance from the customer will be necessary in this dynamic environment. Due to the growth of the program and a wide range of external stakeholders, solid communications skills (oral and written) are essential.
