SAIC is looking for an exceptional IT professional to join our Civilian Sector as a ServiceNow Software Developer in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service, and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support. As a ServiceNow Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating platform capabilities and module functionalities within the FAA ServiceNow environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the FAA through agile development practices, driving seamless integration of various systems and tools to optimize service delivery. This position can be worked 100 %25 remote WITHIN the US Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using ITOM and ITAM modules, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and define system requirements and design solutions. Perform data analysis, integration, and migration activities to ensure accurate and seamless data flow within ServiceNow. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
