Coordinator, Content & Social Media The Content & Social Media Coordinator, as part of the Content and Social Media team, will be responsible for creating, executing, and publishing content across the National Bank Open’s social media channels, as well as other related digital platforms. The individual will also be responsible for the following: * Contribute to content planning ahead of the tournament (advance visual creation, ideation). * Support the execution of daily social media content during the tournament (graphic content creation, caption writing, post distribution). * Manage community engagement across social media platforms (direct messages and comments). * Participate in the execution of the tournament’s influencer marketing plan (coordination and hosting of influencers). * Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to interact with and grow our audience across multiple platforms. * Ensure consistency in tone and voice across all tournament platforms. * Organize and archive photos and videos captured via mobile devices, ensuring they are accessible for future use by the tournament team. * Use Sprout Social to tag all published content accurately for analytic tracking and reporting. * Participate in meetings and prepare post-tournament reports, while providing coverage for other channels when required.
