KSE is committed to providing world class sports and entertainment for both live and broadcast audiences. We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.    Nature of Work: * The goal of this program is to teach students or recent grads how to activate and maintain successful partnerships with corporate sponsors of Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Mammoth. This will be done through assisting in research, in-market and in-game promotions, special events, game day operations and outstanding client relationships. Interns will be part-time employees, scheduled for a maximum of 29 hours per week.   Examples of work performed: * Assist in planning, setting up & executing partnership events and activations * Executes game day responsibilities as assigned on the game day checklist * Help execute partner activations and ensure proof of performance on game and event nights * Meet or shadow with other departments of KSE (Game Operations, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Event Management, Community Relations, Box Office, IT or Human Resources) * Assist the Activation Team in creating mid-season and end of season recaps and reports for clients * Assists in researching prospective sponsorship clients and building sponsorship proposals * Assists in tracking sponsored elements on social media and broadcast     This description is a summary only and describes the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive. We reserve the right to add or delete duties and responsibilities at the discretion of the supervisor and/or hiring authority.        Working Conditions & Physical Demands: * Typical Office Conditions & Game Nights Qualifications * Students in established major going into 3rd or 4th year of college education, grad student or recently graduated, required. * Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards. Performance Requirements/Skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Excel, Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments * Able to work all assigned office hours and game nights from September through January   Internship Requirements * All Colorado Interns are required to attend all KSE Internship Program hosted events that occur during business hours.
