Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Effectuer la maintenance préventive, la réparation, l’ajustement, l’alignement et l’entretien de différents équipements, tels que: Convoyeur Broyeur Déchiqueteur Table vibrante Système Hydraulique Presse Procéder au diagnostic des anomalies, des pannes et des bris d’ordre mécanique ; Vérifier l’usure des pièces, réparer ou remplacer les pièces défectueuses, les composantes ou les systèmes ; Tester l’équipement réparé afin de vérifier les performances et s’assurer de la conformité ; Collaborer à la résolution de problème liés à l’efficacité ou à l’amélioration des équipements ; Procéder aux travaux d’installations et de mise à niveau des nouvelles machines ou nouveaux d’équipements ; Compléter les bons de travail et effectuer les suivis nécessaires ; Assurer une bonne utilisation et un bon fonctionnement des équipements de la compagnie Informer son supérieur immédiat de toute action requise, tout problème décelé ou dépassement des temps prévus; Garder son lieu de travail propre et sécuritaire ; Travailler de façon sécuritaire et dans le respect des politiques SST et procédures de la compagnie ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Qualifications Pour se joindre à notre équipe : Expérience solide dans la maintenance, la réparation et l'ajustement des équipements mécaniques tels que les convoyeurs, broyeurs, déchiqueteurs, tables vibrantes, systèmes hydrauliques et presses. Capacité à diagnostiquer les anomalies mécaniques, les pannes et les bris, ainsi qu’à effectuer la réparation ou le remplacement des pièces, composants ou systèmes défectueux. Compétence dans les tests d’équipement pour vérifier que les performances respectent les normes après réparation ou remplacement. Capacité à collaborer à la résolution de problèmes pour améliorer l'efficacité et la fonctionnalité des équipements.
