Description du poste Sous la supervision du directeur de la maintenance, vous aurez pour mandat principal, pour le secteur de production sous votre responsabilité, de voir à la planification des travaux d’entretien mécanique ainsi qu’à l’exécution du programme d’entretien préventif/prédictif. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Recevoir et analyser la pertinence et l’envergure de toutes les demandes de travail soit la durée des travaux, la main-d’œuvre, les sous-traitants et le matériel requis, estimation des coûts, etc.; Planifier et ordonnancer les maintenances préventives ainsi que les travaux d’entretien quotidien pour votre ligne de production pour minimiser les temps d’arrêt; Planifie et organise les arrêts majeurs et assure la bonne allocation des ressources humaines et matérielles pour minimiser les temps d’arrêt; Travailler en collaboration avec le département d’opération pour l’établissement des priorités d’entretien; Planifier les travaux de manière qu’ils soient réalisés de manière sécuritaire et en respect avec les procédures et règlements SST de l’entreprise; Assurer une coordination efficace des travaux d’entretien de manière à rencontrer les exigences en termes de fiabilité opérationnel; Créer les instructions des tâches préventives et prédictives sur tous les équipements existants ainsi que pour les nouveaux équipements introduits dans l’usine. Gérer et optimiser les listes de pièces de rechange des équipements dans le système de GMAO « Maximo»; Créer toutes les pièces de rechange des nouveaux équipements dans le système GMAO «Maximo»; Réaliser à l’occasion des projets fiabilité sur nos équipements de production; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes en relation avec l’entretien.
