PODS, Portable Storage Canada Limited is looking for motivated, self-starting work from home sales and service representatives!
PODS Portable Storage Canada, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is expanding. We are currently seeking fully bilingual Sales and Service representatives to work for our new sales and service team in the Montreal area. If you have a passion for providing customers with a world class experience, PODS would like you to join our team.

The sales and service representative will assist customers with their moving and storage needs via a consultative service process. They will coordinate the scheduling of customer events and updates to customer records, provide timely service solutions in an efficient manner without sacrificing the customer experience.

  • Resumes in English are preferable but we welcome French as well.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with container rental and associated product information, establish quotes and close sales for local and long-distance moves
  • Capture all data elements required for the sale and ensure customer understands products and services offered
  • Explain benefits of products to potential customers and apply advanced sales skills to secure the sale
  • Solicit information from the customers and evaluate their needs to match our product line to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and minimum performance standards as set forth by management including, but not limited to conversion, adherence to schedule, average handle time, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle all call types, including customer service and take overflow calls as necessary to fulfill business needs
  • Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in both French and English
  • Able to assist with other Canadian and US residential calls in English
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work schedules as determined by management to meet business needs
