The person will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply and in-store conditions for a cluster of Ontario retail and distribution centre locations within the Ontario Market in collaborations with Molson field sales & distribution teams and The Beer Store retail & logistics teams. The person will manage and deliver against various financial and volumetric targets to help deliver the total Ontario sales plan. The person will also use their intuition, problem solving abilities and collaboration skills to unlock future growth opportunities within the Ontario market through various cross-functional initiatives.
