Strong understanding of rail operations, signaling principles, block design, and track layout fundamentals. Advanced data handling skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and automate workflows using Python or VBA. Capability in timetable planning, service modeling, rolling stock and crew diagramming, and resource optimization. Experience across diverse rail contexts including LRT, metro, commuter rail, tram, and mixed‑traffic environments. Familiarity with ETCS and CBTC technologies.
