You'll be the architect and driver of our German sales strategy, taking ownership of the entire market's sales trajectory. Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you'll blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution to establish our brand, define our sales playbook for the region, and build your own high-performing sales team from scratch. This isn’t a role about following an existing path — it’s about pioneering our German expansion. Strong experience in sales, with proven managerial experience within the SaaS/Marketplace industry (scale-up). Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams from the ground up. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a new or rapidly expanding market. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating people to take pride in their work and feel part of something bigger.
