Senior Sales Manager - Global Athlete & Team Marketing (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably from a sports team, league or relevant property and/or agency experience
• Proven track record in generating sponsorship revenues with several years of professional work experience (US sports sponsoring experience is a plus)
• A strategic and consultative sales approach, including the ability to create customized partnerships tailored to individual brands’ objectives
• Outstanding sales communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience delivering high-quality pitches to senior decision-makers in English
• Established network of brand contacts with the ability to expand relationships further
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in fast-paced & time-sensitive environments

• Drive international partnership sales across various sports such as Basketball, American Football, Soccer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective new clients through multiple channels including such as phone, email, linked-in, networking events and meetings
• Advisory and guidance for (global) brands on the sports sponsorship landscape and development of tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
• Lead sales pitches with clients to understand objectives, build relationships and secure revenue for the business (with occasional international travel)
• Provide regular updates in team sales meetings showcasing activity and pipeline development, business closed and share insights for potential collaboration with other sales team members
• Strenghten post-sales relationships to enhance renewal probability and identify cross-sales and upselling potential
• Act as an ambassador for SPORTFIVE, maintaining high professional standards in all external engagements.
